If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

For safety and quality control reasons, products cannot be returned once dispatched unless confirmed as faulty.
Delivery Issues
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address details, we will only process a refund or replacement once the item has been received back by us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
